1. What we provide
Orlando Unlocked ("we," "us") is operated by Steve Testagrossa in Orlando, Florida. We sell custom trip itineraries (Quick Plan $49, Full Plan $99, Whole-Florida $149, and Concierge from $299) and publish free Discovery guides. Our services are informational planning advice only. We are not a tour operator, carrier, hotel, or park, and unless you buy Concierge and we expressly agree in writing to make a specific booking, we do not book or sell travel.
2. No guarantees
Plans are based on our research and best judgment, but we cannot guarantee availability, crowd levels, wait times, weather, park hours, closures, ride operation, height or health requirements, prices, reservation windows, or any change made by a third party. Things change, sometimes on the day.
3. Third-party providers
Parks, attractions, hotels, restaurants, tour operators, airlines, rental companies, and other providers are solely responsible for their own services. You book directly with them and accept their terms, cancellation rules, and policies. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, prices, or failures, even if we recommended them.
4. Check before you go
You are responsible for verifying hours, prices, rules, and reservations with each provider before you travel. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers cancellations, delays, and medical care.
5. Assumption of risk
Travel and recreation carry real risks. Theme park rides, water parks, beaches (including rip currents, lightning, and sun), springs and rivers, wildlife (including alligators), boating, ziplining, hiking, heat, and other outdoor activities can cause injury or illness. Follow all posted rules, lifeguard and staff instructions, and health warnings, and judge your own and your group's fitness. You participate at your own risk.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Our itineraries, website, and Discovery content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost bookings, missed experiences, travel costs, or lost enjoyment.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Orlando Unlocked and its owner from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your travel, your use of our services, your dealings with third parties, or your breach of these terms.
9. Refunds
You may get a full refund if you cancel before we begin work on your itinerary. Once work has begun or your itinerary has been delivered, purchases are non-refundable, but every plan includes at least one free revision. Email us to request a cancellation or revision.
10. Affiliate and sponsor disclosure
Some links and recommendations may earn us a commission or sponsorship fee at no extra cost to you. Sponsored suggestions are labeled. Compensation does not change our duty to give you honest advice.
11. Trademarks and non-affiliation
Orlando Unlocked is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, Kennedy Space Center, or any other park, attraction, or brand mentioned. All trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify places.
12. Discovery information
Discovery pages, fun facts, and links are offered for general information. We try to keep them accurate, but details can be outdated or wrong, and linked third-party sites are outside our control.
13. Intellectual property
Our website, content, and itineraries are owned by Orlando Unlocked. Your itinerary is licensed for your own personal, non-commercial use and that of your travel group; please do not resell or republish it.
14. Privacy
We use the information you enter in our questionnaire only to build and support your itinerary. Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit and payments by Stripe; these processors handle data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
16. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and the terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
17. Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
